Holy Unwrapped Rolos Batman

So I was strolling along in Walmart yesterday, when lo and behold they had a display of chocolates in the middle aisle.   They had bags of Rolos.   Right there on the front of the bag in big letters it said 'unwrapped'!!!  Can you believe it??   How exciting!!

What?  You don't understand my excitement?  Then you have obviously never needed Rolos for a recipe before.   I have this delicious and simple recipe that uses Rolos.   I've made it before and sat there for over a half an hour unwrapping Rolo after Rolo.   Not fun!!!

All this excitement, made me go through the rest of Walmart and buy the stuff for the recipe.   It's super simple.  All you need is Rolos, mini pretzels and whole shelled pecans. 

1.  Preheat the oven to 350.
2.  Put the pretzels on a baking pan in a flat layer. 
3.  On each pretzel, place a rolo.
4.  Bake for 3 minutes.  Just enough to soften the chocolate on the Rolo.
5.  Take them out and place a pecan on each Rolo, squishing it down into the pretzel.
6.  let the chocolate cool and set-up again.   Then eat!!!

They are so yummy and look pretty too.   The combination of salt, chocolate, caramel and nut will have any mouth watering!

I do have to admit, I made these with the mini-Rolos (maybe they are the only ones unwrapped), but they don't have as much caramel in them as the normal ones.   So buyer beware :D  The big rolos taste better!
